The Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) has congratulated Capt. Dada Niyi Labinjo on his recent election as the new President of the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents last Friday.
In a congratulatory message to Capt. Labinjo signed by the National Secretary of the association, Dr. Emmanuel Ogu Oparah and made available to Primetime Reporters, ANLCA described the election as a deserved reward for Labinjo whom he said had nurtured and pioneered NISA to an enviable position.
While reminding him of the cordial relationship it had enjoy with his immediate predecessor Chief Isaac Jolapamo, the association however expressed the hope that he (Labinjo) would consolidate on Chief Jolapamo’s achievements to the glory and satisfaction of NISA and the Nigerian Maritime industry as a whole.
The message read,” on behalf of the leadership and members of our great association, I wish to most sincerely congratulate you on your election as NISA President”.
“You have actually nurtured and pioneered NISA to an enviable position these past years and therefore deserve to be rewarded accordingly with its Presidential position at this critical stage in its life”.
“We had very cordial and robust relationship with your immediate predecessor in office, Chief Isaac Jolapamo and we sincerely hope you will consolidate on his achievement s to the glory and satisfaction of the Nigerian Ship owners in particular and nation’s maritime industry as a whole”.
In a related development, the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) has also congratulated the new Commissioner of Police Western Ports Command, Mrs. Hilda Ibifuro Harrison on her recent assumption of office as the Commissioner of Police in the command.
In a congratulatory message sent to Mrs. Harrison and signed by the National Secretary of the association, Dr. Emmanuel Ogu Oparah and made available to Primetime Reporters, the association reminded her that it had enjoyed warm and cordial relationship with the Ports Authority Police Command over the years culminating in her immediate predecessor’s physical presence at the formal commissioning of its ultra-modern National Secretariat recently.
While expressing the hope that the warm and friendly relationship would continue during her tenure as the Commissioner of Police Western Ports, ANLCA stated that it was looking forward to a formal courtesy visit to her office soon which aim was to address some operational Challenges between its members and the Western Ports Police personnel.

“We are quite hopeful that this warm and friendly relationship will even continue during your tenure of office as Commissioner of Police Western Ports Command”.
“We equally look forward to a formal courtesy visit to your esteemed office at your convenience aimed at addressing some operational challenges between our members and Western Ports Police personnel”, the statement read.
