Nigeria’s largest online mall, Konga.com now has thousands of Merchants selling a vast array of products on the site, in addition to its own massive retail operations. Recently, the company launched the new Self-Fulfill model, allowing sellers all across the country to benefit from the platforms’ nationwide pervasiveness.

With the new launch, sellers can now choose to deliver to konga’s shoppers or customers either directly, through any courier service of their choice or via Konga’s KExpress. Konga’s Self-fulfill model opens up endless business opportunities for entrepreneurs and customers by facilitating trade on the Konga’s website. For Konga’s customers, the new model would result in quicker deliveries. It allows sellers and shop owners more freedom in managing their logistics, finances and in choosing the locations they will deliver to.

See what some of the sellers on Konga have to say about the new changes…

“By delivering products directly to my customers through Konga’s Self-Fulfill, I can help customers install the products and teach them how to use them. This helps expand my business frontiers as these customers even refer me directly to their friends and associates” – Oluwaseun Ojo, Owner of Ojays store on konga.com

“Konga Self-Fulfill has quickened my deal closures, I now deliver Lagos customers’ orders within 24 hours. I have also eliminated returns as I allow customers test products and give them tips on how to better use the products” – Felix Anyawu, Lixaus store on konga.com.

“With the Konga’s Self Fulfill model, I get my money immediately for the sales I make. I have improved relationship with my customers because they feel more comfortable making purchases now that they can put a face to my brand.” – Laide Balogun, Baglotek Store on Konga.com

The improved platform allows customers to publicly rate sellers for their service and product quality. With more refined filters and new categories such as the fruits & vegetables, building & construction, any item you need can be #FoundOnKonga.
