The distinguished Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial Zone in the Senate, Sen. Andy Ubah has urged Ndi Anambra to heed to the “Akụ Luo Uno” message being championed by the present administration in Anambra State.
Speaking during the Commissioning of Stanel World Mega Centre in Awka Friday, Sen Ubah beckoned on Anambra indigenes in the diaspora to bring their investments home.
You may recall that Governor Willie Obiano led government had, after cleansing Anambra of crimes and other factors militating against setting up businesses, embarked on Aku Luo Uno campaign calling on Anambrarians to invest in their home State which had become the safest state in the country.
According to Anambra State Investment Promotion and Protection Agency (ANSIPPA), Anambra’s one stop shop for investment promotion and protection that has birthed over $7.2bn investment in just 3 years, “five companies have established in Anambra amongst which are Coscharis and Stanel World” in line with the Aku Luo Uno philosophy.
While Coscharis is involved in Rice Production, Stanel World is a state of the art ultra-modern Luxury centre which is the first of its kind in the South East geopolitical zone of Nigeria.
During the commissioning ceremony which was a gathering of “who is who”, friends of the owner of Stanel World including Sen. Andy Ubah, Hon. Chris Azubuogu and many other dignitaries joined Ndi Anambra to celebrate the historic event.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Stanel World, Mr. Stanley Uzochukwu said the the mega center which would operate on 24 hour basis with home delivery service contained a lot of facilities comprising fuel at the right price and meter, chicken republic, world class spa, farmers market and French bakery.
Other facilities in the place are; Pharmacy store, vehicle maintenance, car wash, luxury services , chapel , event centre, VIP lounge, warehouse, supermarket, Stanel tyres , Stanel engine oil, Stanel gas and cylinders among others.
The high point of the event was the tour of the new Stanel World by the Governor accompanied by distinguished guests to formally open the different facilities and have first hand experience.
