The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate for the Nnewi North, Nnewi South and Ekwusigo Federal Constituency of Anambra State in last Saturday’s National Assembly election, Chief Tony Iju Nwabunike has expressed profound gratitude to almighty God for his grace and utmost protection during the period of electoral process.

Nwabunike further extended his sincere gratitude to his Campaign Organisation (TICO), his media team which according to him, he considered the best and his constituents who believed in his key points legislative agenda and worked very hard to actualize that.

In his words,” My friends within and outside my federal constituency, my immediate family and extended families, I thank you all for your prayers, financial and moral supports. You are all wonderful and nice people, I am immensely grateful to all of you.

“Let’s be hopeful and believe in our nascent democracy with trust in God, we will get it right some day and in the process lift our federal constituency higher.

“Finally, I wish to thank my diehard supporters, committee of friends and well-wishers for believing in me, I truly cannot thank you enough for all your efforts. May God almighty reward you abundantly in Jesus name, Amen! Let’s keep the spirit alive.

“My Special love goes to my dear brothers who participated alongside with me in this election; Hon. Chris Emeka Azubogu, Hon. J.K Onyeka, Hon. Asoegwu Nonso, to mention a few, for your doggedness, issue based campaign, free from bitterness and rancor. Thanks all and God bless”.
