The Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) has said that the advertised recruitment making the rounds on the social media did not emanate from the commission and therefore not untrue.

A statement issued by the Permanent Secretary, Abel olumuyiwa Enitan in Abuja on Wednesday advised the general public to disregard the statement on the purported recruitment.

It added that any recruitment exercise by the FCSC is advertised on its website (www.fedcivilservice.gov.ng), print and electronic media adding that the FCSC does not patronise social media for adverts.

It reads, “The attention of the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) is once again drawn to the recruitment advert currently trending on social media.

“The general public is hereby informed that the advertised recruitment did not emanate from the FCSC and therefore, is untrue. Consequently, the general public is advised to disregard the announcement/statement on the purported recruitment.

“For emphasis, any recruitment exercise by the FCSC is advertised on its website (www.fedcivilservice.gov.ng), print and electronic media. It should be noted that the FCSC does not patronize social media for adverts.
