The Police Public Relations Officer of the command, SP Haruna Mohammed who disclosed this in a statement in Awka on Wednesday stated that the arrest was effected in the early hours of today by Police operatives attached to the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) of the command in conjunction with the recently launched operations Kpochakpu by Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State at Ozubulu in Ekwusigo Council Area of the state.

Mohammed disclosed that the suspects had on the 14th February, 2019 abducted a girl of about 21 years old (name withheld), robbed her of her belongings and equally gang raped her severally.
