The National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF) has announced the demise of its immediate past Deputy National President, Eastern Zone, Sir Francis Onwuchekwa Okafor.

The National Secretary, NAGAFF, Mr. Dipo Olayoku who disclosed this in a statement in Lagos on Wednesday said that Okafor passed on on Saturday, October 4, 2021 after a brief illness.

Olayoku observed that the late Okafor who served the association in various capacities including Chairman, Onne chapter and Vice President, Eastern Zone was a dedicated member of NAGAFF committed to the ideals of the association.

He noted that he would be sorely missed by his immediate family, NAGAFF family, colleagues and friends for his doggedness and gentle nature.

The National Secretary, however, informed that burial arrangements would be announced later.
