The frontline support group for His Excellency, Mr. Peter Obi’s presidential aspiration, Peter Obi Support Network (POSN) has unveiled plans to hold a summit specifically designed to interact with supporters of the frontline presidential candidate across the 19 Northern States of the country.
The summit is not a political campaign of any sorts but a converge of volunteers and would-be volunteers and supporters of the Obi-Datti project for necessary interaction and cross-fertilization of ideas.
The event is billed to hold on the 19th of July, 2022 at the popular Arewa House, Raba Road, Kaduna, Kaduna State.
According to a statement signed by the spokesman of the Network, Comrade Sani Saeed Altukry, delegates and other invitees were expected to be seated by 10:am prompt.
The statement invites members of the press, representatives of civil society organizations and other organizations whose ideas align with the concept of a new and working Nigeria to the summit.
“The OBI/DATTI Support Network is inviting members of the Labour Party Board of Trustees (BOT), all members of the National Executive Committee (NEC), comprising the National Working Committee (NWC), Campaign Team, the Kaduna State Labour Party Chairman, the Kaduna State Governorship Candidate, OBI-DATTI Support Groups, Labour Unions, NGOs, CSOs, Party members, supporters and well-wishers, to H.E. Peter Obi/Y.D. Baba Ahmed Northern Summit on Tuesday, July 19th, 2022.
“The occasion will also afford the Support Groups the opportunity to celebrate the birthday of His Excellency, Peter Obi as well as avail an opportunity to have an interface, for the first time, and strategize for a better prosecution of the forthcoming general elections.
