Nigerian technology company, Trucks Transit Parks Limited (TTP) has emphatically debunked claims of change in its Board of Directors or management of the company in its entirety.

TTP in a statement signed by its media contact, Nancy Nnamdi on Saturday, disclosed that its co-founder, Mr. Jama Onwubuariri remained the Managing Director of the company adding that no legal process for a change in management had been initiated.

The company renowned for its proprietary software, Eto app, an electronic callup system that has contributed to decongesting traffic in and around the Apapa and Tincan Island ecosystem further observed that the entire Board of Directors of the company as filed and certified by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) remained intact.

“You can confirm our management team details on the About Us section of our website, www.ttp.com.ng”, it stated.

“The public is therefore advised to disregard any information or anyone claiming that a change in the composition of the Board of Directors of the company has taken place and further disregard anyone posing as the new Managing Director of the Company, whether in a substantive or acting capacity”, the company further said.

It added that since the launch of the truck call up system in February 2021, the Company had recorded significant strides in traffic management, deploying its traffic management technology, Èto to solve the perennial challenge of traffic gridlock in Apapa and its environs. This has also led to significant improvement in cargo evacuation from the ports.

“TTP’s 24/7 operational support to the maritime ecosystem in Apapa remains uninterrupted. Please feel free to visit our website for the latest information regarding us”, it concluded.
