Sir Ogo Ekwueme, Transition Chairman, Orumba North Local Government Area of Anambra State has congratulated the Archbishop, Province of the Niger and Bishop, Diocese of Awka, Anglican Communion, His Grace, Most Rev. Alexander Ibezim on his 60th birthday anniversary.

Ekwueme, in a congratulatory message to Ibezim on Sunday thanked God for the gift of the Archbishop to Ndi Anambra, Nigeria and the world at large, at a time like this.

While describing him as a great messenger of God who had won so many souls over to God, bandaged so many wounded souls and empowered so many both materially and spiritually, the Orumba North Local Government Chairman also described him as a peace loving man and a bridge builder.

“Your fatherly disposition and voice has, no doubt, helped to stabilize Anambra, promoting harmonious co-existence among the different religious and ethnic backgrounds in the state. Your advice and prayers as the Archbishop, Province of the Niger, have contributed immensely in containing the insecurity in the state and returning the state in the path of growth and progress.

“On behalf of my family, the entire people of Orumba North and all the people of good will, I rejoice with you and thank God for the exemplary and impactful life you have lived within the six scores you have spent so far on earth and it is my prayer that God will further grant you good health and wellness to continue to touch lives and build up humanity”, he stated.
