Paradise City Estate Enugwu-Agidi Unveiled, Foundation Stone Laid

Dotland Property Development Limited, a frontrunner in Nigeria’s real estate sector, has unveiled and laid the foundation of her new estate, Paradise City Enugwu-Agidi.

Paradise City Estate is part of the company’s ground-breaking initiative aimed at helping investors discover high-yielding real estate investment opportunities focusing on capital gain and passive income.

The ground breaking ceremony which took place in Enugwu-Agidi, Njikoka Council Area of the state, attracted top government functionaries, reputable real estate companies, business associates, youths and captains of industries.

The Paradise City Estate had four hundred and forty plots of land designed to meet the housing needs of its investors.

Each plot is sold at an affordable rate of three million, five hundred thousand naira per plot during the period of its promo.

Speaking at the ground breaking event, the Managing Director of Dotland Property Development Limited, Mr. Emeka Anyadubalu described the company’s latest project as a milestone with many benefits for investors and individuals.

While expressing its commitment to helping many to become property owners, Mr. Anyadubalu assured that in no distant time, the rate of appreciation of the investment will be very rapid.

He lamented the loss of investments Ndi Igbo have recorded in different parts of the country and called on them to return their investment home as Governor Chukwuma Soludo has shown commitment to securing all businesses and investments made in the state.

Commissioning the project, the chairman of the occasion and Managing Director of Anambra Broadcasting Service, Sir Chido Obidiegwu said that housing is a necessity for every individual and a major part of the agenda of the Governor Soludo administration.

He assured that the present administration will ensure that the dream of the state citizenry to own a house is largely achieved and commended Mr. Anyadubalu for yielding to the call of the state government to invest in the state and for finalizing all the necessary documentations and regulations through government agencies and the ministry.

The Managing Director, Anambra State Housing Development Corporation, Mr. Chike Anyaonu and a Senior Special Assistant to Governor Chukwuma Soludo on Housing, Mr. Enie Onwumeru, while laying the foundation stone of the estate, commended Dotland Property Development Company Limited for keying into the vision of the present administration in the housing sector.

The President General of Enugwu-Agidi, Mr. Chukwuebuka Onuorah who spoke through the Publicity Secretary of the community, Mr. Chidozie Igweonwu endorsed the property as genuine saying it was acquired with the consent of the Enugwu-Agidi community.

The chairman of NUJ Anambra State Council, Comrade Odogwu Emeka Odogwu,PhD was among those that attended event.
