A former National Secretary of the Association of Nigeria Licensed Customs Agents, ANLCA, Otunba Babatunde Mukaila has unveiled his campaign team for the upcoming ANLCA Board of Trustees, BoT election.
The campaign team known as “One with God” is expected to develop and implement legitimate electioneering strategies in a bid to ensure the successful election of Mukaila into the ANLCA BoT.
The ‘One-with-God’ team also has a situation monitoring room to collate the feedback from the geopolitical zones simultaneously during the election.
However, Mukaila has reiterated that if elected, his candidacy will enshrine professionalism; introduce innovations and transparent leadership guided by strict adherence to constitutional provisions.
Mukaila is credited for numerous significant attainments in ANLCA. In 2010, he created the first-of-its-kind membership database and a functional website for the association www.anlca.com.ng that is being utilized till date.
He also left behind a functional National Secretariat to the present National Executive with all physical structures and facilities intact and several innovative additions.
Mukaila, who is also the Chief Executive Officer of Mickey Excellency Nigeria Limited, has been a licensed agent since 2000 and holds the association’s record as the longest serving Chairman, ANLCA Electoral Commission, ASECO. He is also the immediate past Sole Administrator that midwifed the election of the present National Executive Committee, NECOM of the association.
Otunba Mukaila is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Shipping, NIS, Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding in Nigeria, CRFFN, Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, LCCI.
He holds a master’s degree in Transport Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH.
