The National Compliance Joint Taskforce of Licensed Clearing Agents in Nigeria, NCJTFCLA has expressed its commitment to promoting transparency, accountability, and fairness in the clearing and forwarding industry.

The National President of the Joint Taskforce, High Chief Dr. Basil Nwolisa who gave the assurance in a statement in Lagos on Thursday said that as responsible organization, the group is driven by a desire to address the injustices and challenges faced by its members rather than to create conflict or compete with other groups.

According to Nwolisa, the primary objective of the group is to protect its members from exploitation by unscrupulous officials, shipping companies, and terminal operators.

“We believe that by working together, we can create a more equitable and sustainable industry that benefits all stakeholders”, he said.

“To achieve our goals, we invite importers, manufacturers, and the general public to join us in our advocacy efforts. Together, we can address the pressing issues affecting our nation, including economic downturn, insecurity, and corruption.

“Our mission is to promote the well-being of the masses and contribute to the growth and development of Nigeria.

“As the National President of NCJTFCLA, I assure you that we are committed to our cause and will work tirelessly to ensure that our members’ rights are protected and their interests are promoted.

“We believe that by working together, we can create a brighter future for our industry and our nation”, Nwolisa assured.
