A metallic ash coloured Toyota Verso SUV with Lagos registration No. LSD 73 FE reasonably suspected to have been stolen was at about 7.30am on Tuesday recovered by the Police where it was abandoned by unknown persons along Jubilee Road, Igboukwu in Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State.
A statement by the Police Public Relations Officer, Anambra State Police command, SP Haruna Mohammed revealed that Police operatives attached to Igboukwu Division recovered the said vehicle to the station.
“Consequently, the command enjoined members of the public whose vehicle was stolen and matched above description to report at Igboukwu Division with proof of ownership in order to claim the car please”, the statement said.
