A human rights activist and author, Comrade Paul Ikechukwu Njoku, has urged the G-5 governors to quickly endorse the Labour Party, LP Presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, ensuring he becomes the next President of Nigeria adding that Nigeria must be taken back by Nigerians.

“Nigeria under the present government has collapsed hence the need for emergency surgical procedure from a very competent operator. I urge the governor Nyesom Wike-led G-5 governors to quickly endorse Peter Obi whose competence, capacity, merit and justifiable zonal status speaks volumes via the emancipation of Nigeria from the clueless and incompetent political leaders”, he said.

Recall that the G-5 governors are Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State, Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State and Seyi Makinde of Oyo State.

Comrade Njoku’s advocacy on the G-5 governors is coming amidst moments after former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Chief Edwin Clark and Samuel Ortom openly endorsed Peter Obi.
