President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Mrs. Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire as his Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the President, Mr. Garba Shehu who disclosed this via his twitter handle Tuesday described Orelope-Adefulire as an accomplished politician with many years of experience in the public service.
Mrs. Orelope-Adefulire served as the Deputy Governor of Lagos State in the last administration of the former Governor Babatunde Raji Fashiola (SAN) who is now the Minister of Power, Works and Housing.
She has also served as the Commissioner of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation in Lagos State.
