The Nigerian Navy has appointed Commodore Aliyu Gaya as the new Maritime Guard Commander of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA. Commodore Aliyu Gaya takes over from Commodore Ezekiel Nyako Lamiri who has been redeployed to the Nigerian Defence Academy.
