Seventeen passengers comprising of fourteen male and three female were yesterday rescued from a passenger boat named MT Water Line 4 which capsized in Lagos. A statement issued in Lagos on Saturday by the General Manager, Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA), Mr. Oluwadamilola Emmanuel explained that the boat enroute Ikorodu capsized 20 minutes after taking off from Ebute -Ero jetty.
