The Sokoto State Governor, Rt. Hon. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has said that the decision of the Senate to subject the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)’s constitutional power to conduct elections to the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) and National Assembly is patently unconstitutional. The Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Muhammad Babandede has advised members of the public to ignore some online publications inviting unsuspecting job applicants to apply for some vacancies in the service.
