The National Executive Council (NEC) of the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) last Friday resolved that the forthcoming National Executive Committee (NECOM) elections shall be by collegiate. The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has appealed to the Federal Ministry of Transportation to facilitate a formal request for it (NPA) to take over the reconstruction of Tincan Island expressway.
