The Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC) has said that it has perfected plans to introduce the modern trucking system in the nation’s maritime industry in partnership with Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA). The players and officials of an Anambra based football club, FC Ifeanyi Ubah were on Friday involved in head-on collision with a passenger-bus along Benin/Ore expressway, Nigeria few hours ago. The August 8 presidential election won by President Uhuru Kenyetta of Kenya has been annulled by the Kenya’s Supreme Court. The court presided over by Judge David Maraga in a ruling Friday said that the Kenya’s electoral board committed “irregularities and illegalities” during last month’s vote thereby bringing the integrity of the election to question. Following the directive of the Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Ibrahim Idris, the new acting Commissioner of Police, Lagos state Police command, Mr. Imohimi Edgal has resumed duty at the command headquarters at Ikeja, Lagos. The National Executive Committee (NECOM) of the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF) has been dissolved.
