The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) is set to take delivery of the 5th largest modular floating dockyard on the African continent. In a bid to enhance efficiency in the delivery of its towage services, the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) yesterday commissioned four new tug boats in Lagos. The four new tug boats namely; Mt.
