The Western Marine Command (WMC) of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has said that it impounded goods worth N13.3 million between January and April 2014. The Command’s Public Relations Officer, Ngozi Okpara, who was speaking to journalists in Lagos on Tuesday stated that the amount was however against the N16 million worth of goods it seized in the first quarter of last year.
