The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has placed a N1 million reward for anyone who will furnish it with the oversea itinerary of all the governors in the South East region as well as that of some unnamed Igbo leaders.
This was announced by leader of the group, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, during a worldwide broadcast on the IPOB official Facebook page, on Sunday.
Kanu however named the affected governors to include; Dave Umahi of Ebonyi, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu, Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia and Willie Obiano of Anambra State.
The announcement came barely 24 hours after the immediate past Deputy Senate President, Senator Ike Ekweremadu was attacked by members of IPOB in Germany on Saturday.
Kanu had earlier praised the act of his members, while sending a note of warning to the governors and Chief Nnia Nwodo, President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo.
This is even as the IPOB issued a directive to its members across the world to attack the South East governors anywhere they are seen.
“Any informant with useful information about the presence and whereabout of any (South East) Governor in Europe or America will be rewarded with N1 million”, Nnamdi Kanu said.
