Comptroller Musa Omale assumes duty as CAC Sokoto/Zamfara Area Command

Sequel to the redeployment of Customs Area Controllers by the management of the Nigeria Customs Service, NCS Comptroller Abdulhamid Ma’aji has handed over the leadership of Nigeria Customs Service, Sokoto/Zamfara Area Command to Comptroller Musa Omale PhD.

Speaking at the handing over ceremony which took place at the Area Command headquarters, Comptroller Abdulhamid Ma’aji urged officers and stakeholders to extend to his successor the same support he received while at the helm of the command.

In his remark, the incoming Controller, Omale promised to sustain the legacy of surpassing the revenue target by his predecessor.

He assured stakeholders that the command will continue to facilitate legitimate trade. He also implore them to adhere to proper declaration and payment of appropriate duties.

He further called on the officers to work together with him in synergy so as to achieve the desired result.

Comptroller Musa Omale, an ace Customs officer was enlisted into the Service in 1991 as an Assistant Superintendent and has served in various Commands and the Headquarters.

Until his present posting, he served as Comptroller Headquarters.

The outgoing Comptroller dedicated the success achieved during his stewardship to officers and men of command.
