Few hours after his inauguration on Monday, the Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, pronounced him as the new CPS.

“This is a hallmark of excellence for a journalist who is dedicated to his calling with passion. Last year, as a member of JIFORM, he exhibited high level of discipline and professionalism at our global migration summit in Canada.
“I salute the governor for having eyes of excellence to discover Ahon. This is the way to go for other state executives who want to leave a legacy of choosing the best hands to serve the people.”
