Reasons have emerged Thursday in Lagos as to why the ultra-modern truck transit terminal which has been ongoing for the past five years has remained uncompleted despite several promises by the Federal Government to deliver on the project. Cyber-attack on AP Moller-Maersk system which had caused outages at its computer systems across the world on Tuesday may have affected the APM teminals at Apapa, Lagos Nigeria as activities were yesterday brought to halt at the terminal, Primetime Reporters can authoritatively report.
