The Federal Ministry of Transport has commenced a review of employments, placements and promotions embarked upon by the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) since 2010. The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) said it had lifted embargo placed on 113 vessels from lifting crude and gas in any of its terminals within Nigerian territorial waters. This was contained in a statement signed by Mr Ohi Alegbe, Group General Manager, Public Affairs of the NNPC, on Thursday, in Lagos State.
